Changes in International Missions Funding

Beginning in January, 2010, International Missions will have a new way of funding.  The general board of our church has adopted the new plan of giving, and beginning January 1, 2010, our church will be supporting missions in a new way.  Click this paragraph for more detail.

Free Will Baptist International Missions has approved a new funding structure, effective January 1, 2010.  The general board of our church has adopted the new plan of giving, and beginning January 1, 2010, our church will be supporting missions in a new way. 

There will be no more "designated" giving.  So if you are currently supporting an international missionary with "designated" giving, that will be no more.  You will need to direct your money to another ministry or to the Global Evangelism Fund.

As a church, we will be giving Donie McDonald $400.00 per month, Sarah Malone $175.00 per month, and the Global Evangelism Fund $75.00 per month.

All other "designated" giving has not changed.  If you give to Home Missions, Free Will Baptist Bible College, Free Will Baptist Family Ministries, Haiti Missions, Berea Ministries, etc., please continue to do so.
